1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging GTX Forge for any service, you agree to these terms. Services are provided in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and are governed by Alberta law.
2. Services
GTX Forge provides automotive modification, tuning, fabrication, and related services. All services are performed by qualified technicians in our facility. Scope of work is defined in the written quote provided before work commences.
3. Payments
A 50% deposit is required to book all builds over $1,000. Remaining balance is due on collection. We accept e-Transfer, credit card, and approved financing. All prices are in CAD and exclude applicable taxes.
4. Warranty
Labour is warranted for 12 months or 20,000km from the date of completion, whichever comes first. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty is void if the vehicle is damaged, modified by a third party, or used outside the agreed application.
5. Liability
GTX Forge carries garage keeper's insurance on all vehicles in our care. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
6. Modifications & Changes
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be confirmed in writing. Additional charges will apply for work outside the original quote. We reserve the right to decline work that we deem unsafe or outside our area of expertise.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
